RIO workshop for Packard Foundation Fellowships
The Research and Innovation Office (RIO) invites faculty to a panel discussion on the David and Lucile Packard Foundation’s Fellowships for Science and Engineering. Professor Shijie Zhong, a CU recipient of a Packard Fellowship, will highlight his successful experience and answer questions from attendees.

Alertus emergency communications platform
Emergency Management and OIT have partnered up to release Alertus, a client installed on computers that issues a pop-up alert when there is an emergency on campus. The notification is only released to those on the campus network, and is in addition to text message and email notifications.
Alcohol Service on Campus Policy classes to be offered
The CU º£½ÇÉçÇø campus alcohol agent will host several "TIPS" server classes and "Alcohol Service on CampusÌýPolicy" classes throughout the school year, to ensureÌýcomplianceÌýwhen serving alcohol atÌýevents on campus.

And if you were an astronaut floating around inside the station, you would see high-tech hardware and experiments designed and built at CU º£½ÇÉçÇø.
