- Promote transparent and consistent merit evaluation practices
- Support faculty-led change grounded in shared governance and collaboration
- Update the campus salary equity grievance policy​
- Conduct (and support) analysis of salaries across units utilizing scatterplot outliers ​
- Analyze best practices across CU º£½ÇÉçÇø and elsewhere, drawing on Faculty Salary Procedures Working Group​
- Promote transparency around salary and merit processes​
