  • Update the salary equity grievance policy
  • Conduct and support analysis of salaries across units; scatterplot outliers
  • Analyze best practices across CU º£½ÇÉçÇø and elsewhere, drawing on Faculty Salary Procedures Working Group
  • Promote transparency around salary and merit processes
  • Work with Faculty Fellows supporting alignment in processes and procedures across CU º£½ÇÉçÇø

Aiming to complete these tasks by fall 2025, to conduct merit planning in January 2026.
