Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled in the MyCUHealth Portal. All cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment.ÌýLate cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $60 charge.

Students with the Gold Plan:Ìý
Travel visits are covered. Some travel vaccines are not covered and must be paid for at the time of service.Ìý
Students with BuffCare or Private Insurance:Ìý
BuffCare covers an initial appointment with the travel clinic (does not include vaccinations). If you have your own health insurance, there will be a fee for your visit. Payment is required at the time of service.Ìý

- Your travel itineraryÌý
- A list of current medicationsÌý
- Before scheduling your appointment, please review your required documents. If your document indicates that a medical doctor is to complete the physical, share this information when scheduling your travel physical appointment.
